The MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed on 26th October 2024 during the NHRD Hosur Chapter Monthly Meeting. Mr. Buvanesh Kumar, President, NHRD Hosur Chapter, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Secretary, NHRD Hosur Chapter, Dr. Sekar, III Council, Convener, NHRD Hosur Chapter, Mr. Bharath Kumar, Founder & CEO, Discover College of Arts & Science were present and have signed the MOU in front of NHRD Hosur Chapter members.

NHRD Hosur Chapter and Discover College of Arts & Science will develop an HR Management curriculum. BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) students will be trained in HR Management for entry-level jobs. With this MOU, Discover College BSW students will have access to NHRD monthly meetings, networking with NHRD Hosur Chapter Members, and mentoring by HR industry experts.
